The Author and CONTI Sp. z o.o. make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Product's content.

In no event shall the Author or CONTI Sp. z o.o. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

 

The Author reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Product if you violate any of these Terms of Service.

 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
